Atlas Copco E-Air V1100 VSD Sets New Benchmark
Atlas Copco released a practical application case of the E-Air V1100 VSD compressor on
May 19. This electric mobile compressor stands out with high efficiency, eco-friendly
performance and flexible adaptability, evolving from backup equipment into core power
supply for industrial production.
Equipped with permanent magnet variable speed motor and intelligent pressure control
system, the model delivers stable air output ranging from 22.5 to 36.4 cubic meters per
minute. It works steadily under pressure between 5 bar and 14 bar, perfectly catering to
glass manufacturing, auto parts processing and other industrial scenarios.
Compared with traditional diesel compressors, it produces no local exhaust emissions and
keeps low operating noise. Its overall weight and daily maintenance costs are both cut by
half, achieving outstanding energy conservation and environmental protection effects.
The unit has achieved remarkable performance at a glass production plant in Italy. Initially
deployed as emergency standby facility, it maintained consistent air supply during round
the-clock manufacturing. Thanks to reliable operation and low power consumption, it was
later officially adopted as the main air supply device.
